Best experience in Mexico
One of the best hotels in town. Location is the best. Staff are so friendly and welcoming. Rodrigo is such a sweet person and Pedro is so helpful. Very accommodating and friendly.

Breakfast at Cityzen
Outstanding views of the city and excellent and very friendly service. Highly recommended. We will come back next time we are in town. Kudos to Ernesto our server in today’s breakfast.

Wonderful experience
Wonderful experience. We came for the World Cup. All staff members very kind and attentive; top-notch service. Carlos at the bellman post, super helpful as well. The place to stay at CDMX 👍🏻👍🏻

Beautiful hotel and very gracious service
We just returned yesterday from a four-night stay at the Sofitel Reforma. It was the second time we've stayed there. We've been very happy with our experiences there and will definitely return. We especially enjoyed the club lounge, Club Millésime. Tomas, Lucas, Abril and the rest of the staff in the club were all very welcoming and helpful. The food in the club was consistently excellent - far better than we usually find in this sort of executive lounge. In addition, Club Millésime is on the thirty-sixth floor and the views are really spectacular. Two evenings during our stay we had dinner at the Balta restaurant in the hotel. The food there was also excellent and the service was very welcoming and attentive. The beautiful junior suite we stayed in was in immaculate condition and very spacious, but the thing that really makes this hotel special is the staff. The concierge staff and front desk staff were also all very helpful and attentive to our needs.

Great experience, I love the terrace and the view. I would suggest going after 10:30 after the sun moves and it’s not in your face
