Birthday Brunch
The atmosphere was amazing, and Ernesto was so attentive. I appreciate that he spoke English as a non-Spanish speaker. He tended to every need with care and attention.

Best lounge in Mexico City
Had the best experience with my partner here. The ambiance was nice and just perfect for what we needed! Luis Alberto was just wonderful and super helpful! The drinks were amazing, and we will definitely be back, especially for Luis Alberto! Ambiance was great, but the service was amazing thanks to him!

Straightforward 5-star hotel experience!
We enjoyed our stay at Sofitel. The French Mexican hospitality created an interesting mix of different cultural experiences. We enjoyed breakfast especially. Our servers Diana and Ruben were attentive yet not pushy as waiters and made our time comfortable.

Great stay
Great stay, much light in the room, comfortable, the swimming pool is small but a comfy place. Breakfast buffet is amazing. And everywhere the staff is lovely and helpful.
