- • only one outlet next to the bed, the other in the bathroom, which makes it complicated in case of using a work laptop on the table that served as a desk, and needing to charge the battery

- • The night staff and morning kitchen staff do not seem to understand that guests want to rest in the quietest possible way. They have loud conversations, play music at an inappropriate volume, and may even be whistling. One night, I would dare to say they invited acquaintances to party in the hotel lobby. I didn't complain because I would expect that to be common sense

- • That they didn't provide enough towels. Excessive noise in the neighborhood until 3:00 am. The neighborhood has thefts. Noisy cleaning hitting broom and bucket on stairs cleaning at 8:00 am on a Sunday, preventing the rest of those who returned at night.
Fell far below expectations from photos and price.
Night staff was friendly and helpful. We could leave the suitcases in the hotel for a few hours. The bedding, floor, and bathroom were very clean.

- • Room small and without a single window (which we did not expect in a standalone hotel). Towels were missing and had to be organized by the friendly lady at the counter. The room is not ventilated (or only imperceptibly). This is unacceptable for a 4-bed family room. The advertised rooftop terrace was permanently closed. The breakfast was absolutely minimal (4 small pieces of melon and scrambled eggs), no buffet and again in a ground floor room without windows.
