Recommended hotel on Sao Miguel
The staff was incredibly friendly and competent. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the a la carte dinner exceptional. Our sea view room was well-equipped and spotlessly clean. We felt comfortable and well taken care of all around.

Hygiene and friendliness of staff. The fitness room was fantastic. I cannot share all photos here, but it is really worth staying here.

Breakfast was very good, although there was almost no variety over the days. Coffee could be better. The location is great if you want to explore the island by car, very central. There is a large supermarket across the street and some restaurants nearby. The spa area, especially the large pool with the big windows overlooking the sea, is very nice.

The hotel staff are exceptionally attentive and caring. Breakfast offers a great variety of food and starts early enough to make sightseeing plans easy and efficient. The location is perfect, allowing quick and convenient access to all parts of the island. A special mention goes to Paulo Oliveira from the dining team, who stands out for his professionalism and tact. His excellent service and outstanding command of English made the experience even more enjoyable.

- • The restaurant feels slightly overpriced considering the presentation of the dishes, although the food quality is still good. The bar menu is also a great alternative and can be a real saver for a more casual and reasonably priced meal.
