- • English language at the reception staff to be improved. Small outside pool but the inside one was perfect.

- • One waits here forever for the elevator. Sometimes up to 25 minutes. The resulting delay of 12 minutes at our check-out was penalized with a fee. That is the lasting impression. Too bad.
Beautiful hotel in a prime location
Wonderful location right on the beach and near the bustling promenade with restaurants and shops. Very nice reception area. Pool area spacious and modern. Good supervision. Nice staff. Comfortable bed.

- • Facilities not entirely in line with 5-star standards. No luggage racks (for a second suitcase), more children than adults in the swimming pools, supervision staff somewhat too police-like, restaurant and bar area nice but only accessible if consuming entire and expensive menus. For evening drinks, we went to Paradise next door accordingly. We had coffee elsewhere. We did not get the reserved room. Receptionists explained to us that the room category was the same. This could not be verified. In any case, we did not have a sofa in the room as indicated. Room not well lit.
