- • While the reception is extremely friendly, it can sometimes be a bit slow and not particularly helpful in all circumstances, which is the only small downside
The hotel complex is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, and only two stories high. There are quiet and less quiet areas, so everyone can vacation as they please. You can snorkel directly from the beach. We saw more fish than on the snorkeling tour. Breakfast is very good with a lot of choices. We always ate well in the restaurants, especially in the Italian one. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The gym has good equipment.

The property and staff are wonderful, and having ScubaDu right there on the premises is a great diving experience as well. I've stayed at El Pres many times over the past years and love it!

Pleasant stay.
This establishment is very comfortable, you find everything you need inside. The staff is discreet and pleasant, the food is good, the activities offered are interesting, and the view is magnificent.
