- • terrace not very clean, construction work at 6 am hammering and 8 am drilling even if warned the day before, not great for the price and supposed standard. Window not clean, cannot enjoy the view. We were offered massages that we didn't have time to use... expensive for what it is. Cannot open the curtains due to condensation from the heat outside on the air conditioning and rain inside the room (This is not a joke) Even on the 15th floor, the noise from the street and honking horns are very present

- • I stayed at Wyndham Garden Hanoi on March 31, and during my stay, a very serious and unacceptable safety incident occurred. At approximately 1:00 a.m., while I was sleeping in my room, an unknown man used a key card to enter my room without authorization. I was suddenly awakened and extremely frightened. This was a major security failure that posed a real threat to my personal safety. I immediately reported the incident to the front desk. The staff only assisted with replacing my key card, but they were unable to clearly explain how such a serious mistake could occur. I was told that the issue would be reported to management and that an explanation would be provided before we checked out the next morning. However, when we checked out the following day, the front desk staff appeared to be unaware of the incident and did not provide any explanation or follow up. As we had urgent business to attend to, we had no choice but to leave the hotel without receiving any response, and the matter was left unresolved. As a four-star hotel under an international brand, this level of room security management and post-incident handling is deeply disappointing. This incident seriously affected my stay and has left me with lasting anxiety and fear about being intruded upon when staying at hotels in the future. I request that the hotel take this matter seriously and provide a clear explanation of how this incident occurred, where responsibility lies, and what corrective and compensatory actions will be taken to prevent such incidents from happening again.
