Very good hotel

朝食の種類が豊富。部屋は広く、清潔。 反面、日本語の通じるスタッフが少なかった。

朝食は果物も豊富で美味しかったです。 テレビが故障してもすぐに駆けつけてくれました。 部屋が広く快適でした。 楽しい大連の旅になりました。 自分で洗濯ができなかったのが残念です。

The overall service improved this year compared to previous years. The staffs are warm and patient. Especially in the breakfast time, they provided good service, such as serving coffee for the customers.

The east tower is the old building, not updated renovation. Breakfast is so so.

The attitude of the front desk is to be improved. Compared to as other hotel i lived such as Ritz Carlton, the front desk persons lack friendly and warm speaking tune. The way they picked up the phone and the tune did not sound like they are friendly.

We have stayed at Furama Hotel Dalian a few times and, having tried others for a bit of variety, we prefer to stay here. The staff provide customers with 5-star treatment and are very friendly. The facilities are good and the room/bed very comfortable.

The hotel is 5 star in all respects. The staff are very helpful, respectful and polite. The hotel is located in a respectable area in which top designer shops as Armani, Gucci, etc, are based.

I made decision to move from old building to new as condition in t old Reno was bad. But t price diff is almost double.

昔に比べて食事が(朝食）いまひとつよくなかった。 残念 部屋うちの扉が建てつけが悪くスムーズに動かなかった。

90分のマッサージと宿泊代が同じ価格！

部屋も綺麗にされており、スタッフも親切に対応していて総体的に満足しました。しかし、部屋に置いてある広告のマッサージを内線電話で呼んだところ、90分の全身マッサージ（アロマ）で800元も取られました。料金表の提示もなく、言い値のような対応は最低でした。本当にホテル公認のマッサージ師なのか疑います。

両替の際領収書がなく、依頼して発行してもらったら30元ごまかされていることに気づき抗議しました。 そもそも依頼しない限り領収書が発行されないという時点で5つ星ホテルとして信用できません。 宿泊客はビジネスセンターが利用できるようなことが書いてありましたが、入室が拒否されました。 部屋はきれいでしたが、以上により残念ながらビジネスで顧客や同僚に利用を勧めることはできません。

スタッフが親切で悪くありませんでした。

매번 출장 시 묵는 호텔인데, 이번에도 잘 묵고 왔습니다. 대략 출장 후 잠만 자는 형태라 주변 지역이나 다른 부분들을 챙겨보진 못 했지만 매번 가는만큼 그리 나쁘지 않은 곳 입니다.

Attitude

The receptionist and guest center do not look friendly. When I asked some questions, they answered without smile. I have been living in Beijing and Shanghai big hotels and felt the difference of the level of services

Short stay in dalian

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of the city with easy access to all local destinations. The best part is the room size which is bigger than most hotels around. And the hotel is clean with an upscale atmosphere.

Great hotel!

Overall very good hotel and in a great location. The only part is the free airport shuttle which was stated on Kayak. There is no free airport shuttle and the hotel car costs 200 yuan.

Over priced. A bottle of water in-room of 38 RMB. There’s only one set of couches at lobby for you to sit free. The rest are for those have to buy drinks, 68 RMB for tea, 45 RMB for soft drinks, etc.

Hotel room is very spacious and clean. The bed and pillow are very clean and comfortable too. The bathroom is very spacious and clean as well. Is a walking distance to Time's Square and the subway

Fantastic toilet

The toilet in the west wing is really nice. Love the toilet. The room is nice. however i was quite disappointed that they do not have usb port for charging phone in the room.

The TV reception is very bad and the wifi is worst. Seems like no one is noticing the complains raised by many business people who stayed in this hotel before

Worth Checking Out!

HIstoric hotel with modern facilities and very well staffed. My only concern was the inconsistency of the Wifi which was frustrating at times even in the business Centre. Otherwise strongly recommended.

Very good location and clean. Like the toilet seat that installed with the bidet. Very quiet.

I was staying at the west wing of the hotel. The room is very big, and very comfortable. Only problem is the WIFI signal, it is very weak, and inconsistent. That maybe the only con for my staying.

Good hotel needs to clean up mold in bathroom. Beds were very comfortable and the staff was outstanding . The concierge gave us directions to get a key duplicated and was patient with us to find this location. Perfect duplicate key was made.

Room interior not up to date. However a decent stay at such a price. Convenient location.

Aging hotel

Second stay at Furama, but will likely not return, even though I got a good rate. Check in was fine, but had to change room. Old worn out and stinking carpet. Internet did not work at first, but staff provided a router and that helped. Second room was better, but still worn out. Bed and pillows uncomfortable. Staff are nice and helpful. A real pity -- they need to upgrade facilities.

Very old, musty rooms w/ worst pillows on earth

Both my son's room and our room were very old and dated, had strong musty smell. We got grain pillows. They were hard as rock. I called to ask for softer pillows, was told that they had pillow menu. But everything I ask for was out, not sure why even bother to tell me about the pillow menu. I was promised that they would give us softer pillows next day. When we came back from sightseeing following day, we found 2 extra grain pillows on our bed!!! We have 3 people booked 2 rooms with breakfast. But the hotel only gives 1 breakfast per room. So we have to pay an extra breakfast every day not to mention food was very poor quality. We almost only ate fruits and yogurt. I have never heard of any high end hotel that offers only 1 breakfast/room, not even 3 stars. The carpet in the rooms have many holes. Internet almost unusable. The check-in staff was really unfriendly. There is nothing in this hotel gives 5 star quality.

Worthless Interent

If you're here for business, don't expect any internet. They have wifi, but it was interniddent and painfully slow. It is absolutely impossible to do business in this hotel.

House keeping was excellent with Rebecca.

Head of housekeeping was very responsive to our requests. The beds were harder than we were used to. They tried to fix them. They provided an English printed newspaper each day. The staff was helpful and professional. The hotel caters to Chinese. Very few if any other people stay at the hotel. It was very clean and did have BBC & RT on the television.

Downtown Dalian for 3 day sightseeing.

The hotel itself, whilst 5 star, felt a little "worn". Carpet could do with replacement. Overall I had a pleasant stay and would happily choose to stay here again. I found the buffet breakfast a little disappointing...... but, seriously, if that's is the biggest problem then I really didn't have much to complain about, aye! Overall great value for money for a 5 star hotel.

One week stay in Hotel Furama in Dalian. Excellent choice, good situated in the center of the city. Top class hotel, worth 5 star rating.

Hotel facilities excellent, room big, comfortable

Everything was terrific until my Chinese wife went to breakfast on her own. She was treated very poorly, her food was removed from the table while she was getting a beverage not once but twice and she was even asked if she was one of the kitchen staff. We have lived and stayed in many 5 star Hotels around the world and never has she been insulted in such a way and it happens in the city she was born in, unbelievable. An apology was offered by management later in the morning after I made a formal complaint, but to little to late.

Nice and large rooms. Good breakfast but a bit crowdy at times. Internet speed both for cable and wifi was among some of the worst China can offer

Best hotel shower

It's not fancy or super new hotel, but its got the most powerful shower (double shower heads) in bathroom. A couple of staff when hearing our wish to watch Liverpool game live on TV, phoned several places in town and even local TV station about the broadcast time to find out when and where the best chance could be. That's what counts for us - great service.

Nice experience!

Stayed in the older east wing where prices were a little cheaper. Room was very nice, big, clean and well maintained despite its age. Room service costs cheaper than other for five star place we have stayed.
