- • It is poorly soundproofed and you can hear everything from the other guests staying.
The welcome was really great, the staff was smiling and very responsive, truly a 10/10. The suite room was very spacious (a mini apartment), the breakfast was very good and plentiful. I recommend this host without any problem.

Very good stay, welcoming and caring staff, perfect location to visit the city.
The hotel's location is ideal, 2 minutes from the Zócalo and the 20 de Noviembre market. Many shops nearby and no noise even though the city center is very lively. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, ideal for a family trip.

- • Few tables for breakfast, people traveling to Oaxaca generally have a similar schedule which causes a rush hour at breakfast before going on an excursion, dynamics to be reviewed. Another point: there is no bar or service in the afternoon, which is a shame when enjoying the pool and sunbeds on the rooftop.

- • Charmless rooms without windows arranged in a row: very oppressive as well as the bathroom. Shower with a trickle of water either very hot or cold. Sheets probably washed but still stained (see photo).

- • The pool was very cloudy. The rooftop terrace has breakfast only. Would have loved to sit up there and have a beer.
Great family room; rooftop terrace and swimming pool really nice
We stayed in a family room, which was more like an apartment than a hotel room. It comes with 2 bedrooms, a living room, and a kitchenette. Very spacious and comfortable. The rooftop terrace and swimming pool are very nice. Good breakfast and great location.

Friendly Staff and Excellent Location
Breakfast was served on the hotel's beautiful terrace, offering a view of the city center and the mountains surrounding the city. The breakfast included in the room rate was simple, but sufficient and varied. Mari, the cook, was very kind and efficient. All of the hotel staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The suite had everything we needed for a comfortable stay for a large family. Despite being located just one block from the main square, right in the heart of the bustling commercial district, it was always quiet, and we were never disturbed by noise.
