Very nice welcome reception, quick check in. All the staff very happy and friendly from maintenance staff to restaurant areas.

- • I really struggled to sleep, I was up all night, the bed was so uncomfortable, which was a surprise as the beds in the Novotel are usually really good. In the morning I lifted the mattress to find one of the support slats were missing and a few others had been moved, allowing the mattress to fall through. We had stayed to allow me a good night's sleep before traveling home.
Very satisfied with our stay we would definitely come back

One of the quietest hotels I've ever stayed in.
Breakfast was very good, but I would have liked poached or fried egg.

Really comfortable bed. Swimming pool and pool facilities open long hours. Friendly staff

- • Bad smell in the bathroom, from the drains. We told the cleaners and the reception but nothing was done to try and fix it. Food and drinks in the hotel restaurant overpriced.
