- • I stayed 27 nights here and Hotel staff Mr. Marcian is nonsensical and an idiotic person that I have ever faced in my entire traveling experience. He has nonsensical and very rude behavior. As one of my friends came to meet me and he said it’s not allowed to come as I gave an ID for registration but except it he was arguing then later he said sorry to me; but his way of dealing with guests is totally nonsensical. I will recommend the whole manager to check that incident in the camera and his language and give him training on how to deal with guests. It’s a Hotel and management should give him training to deal with guests with respect, not to deal with rudeness and make them feel uncomfortable;
