- • Lack of cleaning, repetitive breakfasts, uncomfortable beds, small paid parking. Noisy room from the road, loud air conditioning, pool towels only available from noon. Those left from the previous day.

- • The couch was not prepared, we had to chase after the sheet, blanket, and pillow. The only pot was extremely crusty, the fridge dirty. The air conditioning was portable but only worked in the living room, the bedroom was extremely warm. Windows couldn't be opened due to the noise from the highway. The breakfast was simply disgusting. Barely any selection, cold, and mostly empty.

- • The hotel staff are very unfriendly; no one says hello or smiles, yet they constantly use the guest elevator instead of the service lift. It’s unpleasant. There are never any towels at the pool—it’s outrageous and inconvenient! The water in the Jacuzzi is barely warm; a Jacuzzi is supposed to have very hot water! The toilet paper is disgusting—simply terrible! And most importantly, my room was cleaned only once during my eight-day stay! It’s outrageous!

- • Air conditioner did not work and a portable unit was put into the room, the exhaust tube was put into a window and it fell out, room was hot, repaired it myself with duct tape. Automatic curtain didn't work, was offered NO discount, was not allowed a different room, overly expensive for cramped quarters. Will not be returning
