- • The treatment first and the staff's lack of availability. Old structure, poorly maintained and despite being in Puerto Madero, it is not in a nice location. First time in my life that I leave a few minutes after check-in. It is not a 5-star facility as well as the staff.
Needs update and maintenance.

- • Avoid any rooms next to the elevators! I had to change room after the first night sleeping with earplugs. All the elevators are very old and they make tremendous noises all day and night. The rooms are spacious but tired and quite worn out. The staff is generally helpful and friendly. A concierge, I think his name was Martin, dishonestly lied about the value of the 10,000 pesos note when I wanted to tip him for calling a taxi for me. He told me 10,000 pesos was equal to USD$4, so I gave him the note. I since found out it was worth nearly USD$8. The location of this hotel is not in a good area, particularly not for walking at night. Most flights from Europe arrive in Buenos Aires around 6 am. Unfortunately, this hotel does not allow check-in until 4 pm! There were comfortable chairs to sit and wait, but a 4 pm check-in after long tiring flights is definitely not a "customer-friendly" policy. Although the hotel offered to safekeep the luggage if people want to go out, but people are mostly tired and by not being able to freshen up, they end up wasting practically all day waiting for the magical 4 pm check-in time. (The checkout time is 12 noon.)
