- • Amazing experience overall... I would just like to add that I wish they had more rainy day activities for guests... my husband and I went during typhoon season and were stuck inside for a 1/2 the day, and all they had available was the spa, but it was fully booked. I believe they had activities for kids, but that was all. Also, 1 hour from the airport, but the hotel was able to schedule taxi accommodations for us. The beach wasn't really available when we visited...

Excellent!
Breakfast buffet was generous and very good! The quiet pool was a great place to spend the day, but get there early, bc spots are limited. Rooms are very nice, even better than in the pictures — my daughter said they need to update the photos to better show off the place. The staff is amazing — super accommodating and welcoming!

Very large hotel but well-kept. Nice location, friendly staff. Spacious, beautiful and comfortable rooms. Good restaurants.

Large, but very nice and high-quality hotel. Great sea view.
The Sunset Wing is beautifully quiet and has a wonderful sea view. In our building was also the bar where we sat very comfortably twice in the evening. We used the hotel's diving base, the dive was well organized and involved little effort for us. I had a yoga class outside in the garden overlooking the sea, which was phenomenal. Our kids were thrilled with the golf cart shuttle to the Main Gate. The support of our holiday planning by the concierge was excellent. The rooms were really spacious, with one adult and two teenagers each, a real added value. The gym was well equipped for our needs. We found 3 different breakfast restaurants excellent - Asian, European, and buffet. The pools and the entire resort were very nicely laid out. At the pool, we received towels, water, and even frozen mangosteen pieces. The location of the resort was beautiful, the north side of the island is very nice and not so densely built up.

- • We found all the restaurants to be extremely overpriced. We only ate at the hotel on the first night. After that, we went directly outside the resort to a very nice restaurant for a fraction of the price. The virtual queue for breakfast is a fundamentally sensible idea, unfortunately, it always took between 60 and 80 minutes. Half of the tables were still unoccupied.
