- • They did not assure the parking to the client and as we knew little about the city, on the first day we had to leave the car in an establishment that was not safe, and I wanted to play table tennis but there were no rackets available.

- • On the room door, it said that children under 9 years old were free, I traveled with 8-year-old Lucas and they charged me. I pointed it out to them, but they said that if it was booked through booking, that did not apply. I was frustrated because what is stated in the room should be honored, and for that reason, I would not recommend the hotel.
