- • Regarding the parking, they charge separately. In my opinion, it should already be included. Sometimes I have gone without a car, that's not a problem, do not charge separately for things, they are bad surprises for the visitor
Wonderful Vacation Staying at the Hyatt Regency
We had an excellent ~1-week stay at the Hyatt Regency Mexico City. The neighborhood felt safe and it was conveniently located next to Chapultepec Park, which is home to the Anthropology Museum, Castle, and Zoo. The hotel was overall very clean, from our room to all the amenities. The staff were always courteous and friendly. Requests to room service were addressed promptly. The heated pool and sauna were a delight. The breakfast buffet was delicious with ample selection, however, its value is debatable ($705 pesos+tip). A minor suggestion: the sweet pastries, apart from croissants and conchas, could use some rotations as it got stale eating the same danish every morning. Overall, very happy with our stay!
