- • Low proactivity of the customer service staff. They do not help you carry your luggage from the parking lot to your room, you have to do it yourself. They do not provide information about all the facilities available.

- • It certainly doesn't represent the Hilton name, nor the 5 star rating, very poor breakfast quality and presentation. It needs updating, very poor lighting everywhere in the room

- • The attention decreases as the stay is ending, on the last night we did not have enough towels, coffee cups, water, even though I paid for 3 nights, the service should have been the same. Another point is that I bought through the platform and at the time of payment they charge me more due to the exchange rate and I had dollars as I bought, it's another detail to improve
