Noisy
There wasn't anything to like about this property. Additionally, we were almost eaten alive by mosquitoes in our room the last night!

- • Room too small, not enough space for two adults. Noisy. No ventilation or heating. Very little light. Only cold water in the bathroom sink. MOSQUITOES!
Nice hotel in a great location.
Brand new and very clean hotel. Perfect location for the shuttle to Machu Picchu! Decent breakfast (I should mention it was 5:30 in the morning and breakfast was already open!). Friendly and accommodating staff. We only stayed for 1 night (no need for more, there is nothing to do in Aguas Calientes besides Machu Picchu!). No issues with hot water.

- • No soundproofing, not bothersome for us as we left at 6 am (we were able to leave our luggage during the visit to Machu Picchu)
Charming hotel with rooms by the river
Hotel very close to points of interest such as the craft market, train station from Ollantaytambo, and bus stop to the Citadel. Rooms by the river, very comfortable beds, all clean, very attentive staff. They store luggage.

We were picked up from the train station, the staff was very attentive, we were upgraded to a very comfortable room with our children. The recommendations for dining, and the Machu Picchu tickets were top-notch, everything was great.

Tired and noisy
The hotel was very noisy. We stayed in rooms facing the reception, but on the first floor. A group arrived at 3:40 am and was very noisy, and nothing was done to stop them. Breakfast was average at best. The hotel is quite worn out. On the positive side, it is in a good location and the staff were polite and friendly. Suitable for a one-night stopover.
