I do not recommend because it is anything but a 4-star hotel.
Not much, the location, the breakfast that makes up for the hotel's level, and the person at the reception who was available to help.

- • - The photos and description of the room are misleading and do not reflect the price paid - The cleanliness of the room left something to be desired - Tiny elevator - Access to the top floor is partly by elevator, partly by stairs, which is not practical when with elderly people (not specified in the ad) - The hotel restaurant/shisha bar is not very reputable (we witnessed a fight within the first 10 minutes after our arrival...)

Location was good, close to public transport with lots of shops, cafes, and restaurants around. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. There is a shisha bar under the hotel where you can enjoy non-alcoholic beverages and good music.

- • My room was facing a busy boulevard and the window was not closing firmly which allowed the traffic noise to come inside the room. I guess in colder days cold would also get in. I hope my complaint will be considered and this will be fixed for future guests because it's extremely annoying and unpleasant. Breakfast was poor, coffee was terrible. Hygiene is fine. Bathroom is tiny, a larger person would have difficulty using it.

- • Horrible cigarette smell in the rooms, which is understood from the lower restaurant. The whole hotel smells of smoke. The rooms need renovation. The so-called luxury is just terrible. The walls are punctured with something, carelessly patched with a piece of wallpaper, the floors are dirty with stains, the trash cans are all crushed with fists or feet. Whoever writes about the wonderful breakfast apparently did not eat a proper breakfast)) there is nothing here, chicken with a taste of decay, the salad bar is stale. I do not recommend this place so as not to spoil your vacation. We checked out early, they did not refund us for the stay.
