Clean, basic hotel, convenient location with helpful reception staff and average breakfast. Other staff didnt speak English & we didn't speak Turkish. They gave advice on getting about, organised fresh towels when housekeeping forgot to provide them, etc. However, due to our early departure, we asked the kitchen staff to pack something for us for breakfast. We were told they would provide something and confirmed that the night before. But then let us down at the last minute. When we had no other alternative, had already paid for each breakfast during our stay and my Mum is diabetic. Unfortunately this ruined our stay in the end.

Great location in the heart of Fatih!
Lovely stay right in the heart of Fatih, really close to all of the main sights. The rooms were great, really clean and very comfortable bed. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and welcoming as well.

- • The road was a bit noisy at night because there are restaurants nearby, but not much to be done about this :)

- • The attitude of the staff , especially the manager of the hotel did not help us with our request and even booking .com never emailed us about the request we made .very very very bad customer service never again will book from booking .com .

Although we would have liked our breakfast request not to be rejected when we arrived early on the first day, unfortunately we did not see that warmth. It was surprising that the daily renewal of water in the room was optional. The breakfast was acceptable, we did not go hungry, thankfully, but they also included an egg left from the day before, which had turned black from being kept in the fridge. Do not expect too much. It can be considered for a short stay from night to night in a small hotel.

- • The room was in the basement near the toilet and the kitchen. There was a bad smell of the toilet and the noisy kitchen and restaurant where other people were eating breakfast... and we didn't book that room... the bed was not for a couple and was too old and smelly. When I asked the boy at reception for another room, he answered me very rudely. This wasn't the first time we came to this hotel, but this time we were not satisfied... I do not recommend this hotel and will never come back
