- • The bathroom in the room was old. The sink was broken, the bathtub drain was clogged. Too expensive for those facilities.

- • The sheets leave much to be desired: the first night, we couldn't sleep because they were so hard and scratchy. In the morning, I asked for them to be changed, and they put on nice cotton sheets. I was given a strange excuse that they used those ugly sheets for allergy reasons, but I never indicated we had allergies, so they simply ruined that night for us. Upon leaving, we found out breakfast was included, something they didn't mention during check-in. It wasn't the first time I stayed there, and I didn't feel like we were treated as returning customers deserve. Unfortunately, they didn't leave me wanting to come back.
Great location and very comfortable and beautiful.
The beds and bathrooms are super comfortable, the location is the best. And the service is impeccable.
