Beautiful Hotel
The Gregorian is an outstanding hotel! I was so pleased with the size of room- KING bed room. It was very very clean and updated. The hotel itself is beautiful, and you cannot beat the location! The service staff are a 10/5! Excellent all the way around. This definitely are new hotel when visiting NYC.

Chic hotel in a perfect location with friendly staff!
Before we even arrived at the location, I interacted with the general manager, Monica. I needed to update my reservation due my mom staying with us. She was the most helpful at getting it updated for me. She went the extra mile for me as I wasn't able to get back to her same day to confirm. I ended up talking to her a couple days after, and she said she had already taken care of it. It was such a relief as I knew it would be a busy week for the hotel and was worried about even being able to make the change. The hotel entrance and lobby are so chic. We reserved 2 rooms. 1 King room and 1 two double beds. We slept very well with minimal noise. The rooms were very nice and clean. Modern and surprisingly spacious. The bed was comfortable. I would have liked more firm pillows, but otherwise very nice. The shower was very nice, and we had hot water every night! The location was perfect. It was walking distance to Major spots likes Macy's, Empire State Building, and 5th Ave stores. Coffee shops, Angelina's bakery and a burger spot right across the street. The staff was very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent Location and Exceptional Service!
The hotel is well located within walking distance of Bryant Park, Rockefeller Center, and Times Square. The staff was courteous, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. I would choose to stay here again on a future visit to NYC!

Great getaway at the Gregorian!
The rooms were great and the staff, Edgar in particular was very accommodating to us! Will stay there again when we come back!

The lovely Gregorian Hotel
The Gregorian was AWESOME!! I took my daughter for her 18th birthday and it couldn’t have been better. The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the city- we walked everywhere! Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel staff was exceptional- very helpful. Edgar, in guest services, helped us with so much- taxis, water, anything we needed- with a genuine smile and great attitude. We will stay here next time we come. So happy to have found this sweet boutique hotel!

Edgar was awesome
Edgar was wonderful. He offered all types of advice and services. The hotel is clean and great. Boutique feel. It’s comforting to have such a knowledgeable person who is also very friendly

Christmas at the Gregorian
Perfect location friendly staff. Edgar the doorman in particular was great with my 9 yo son making him paper planes to fly. Perfect for Christmas getaway

Fantastic hotel and location.
I booked 4 nights at The Gregorian Hotel via Love Holidays. As the flights was included, I'm not sure how much I paid for the hotel. On check in I was made to feel very welcomed by the staff on duty. The reception smelt wonderful as you walk in. The hotel pre authorised $400 from my credit card. $170 was for City tax and the rest a deposit which was returned on the next working day after checkout. The room on the 2nd floor facing the street was very clean, with a modern warm feel. The beds and selection of duck feather pillows where very comfortable. The tv with Netflix app preinstalled was great. The water in the room each day was welcome. There isn't a kettle/tea coffee making facility which was a bit of a negative, so it was literally get ready, get to Starbucks at 6:30am for coffee. I was woken up each morning around 5am by the trucks going into the depot honking thier horns which drove me mad. I bought ear plugs which helped. The hotel is perfectly located for the Subway, 5th Avenue, Macys, Bryant Park, Central Park, Times Sq. The hotel doesn't have a bar/restaurant but there is a lovely modern Greek restaurant next door called Gaia. I went for dinner one night and the food was amazing. (Booking recommended) All in all I enjoyed my staff, I have recommended the hotel to friends and on social media groups. I will be booking again for next year. Thank you to all the staff for an enjoyable stay.

Great stay
Fantastic stay. Lovely room, really friendly staff all around! Edgar and Michelle were such a joy and were there every day with a smile. Other staff also brilliant but forgot to get names.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great location, but serious maintenance and service issues
I recently stayed at The Gregorian in New York and while the location is truly fantastic, close to everything and convenient for walking around Midtown, the overall experience was disappointing. The staff at the front desk were quite rude and unhelpful, which really set a negative tone from the start. The room itself had potential, but the bathroom clearly needs attention. There’s no ventilation, which has caused a lot of mold and rust buildup. Not exactly what you’d expect for the price. It felt neglected and uncomfortable to use. Another downside is the noise. The street outside is very busy, and it was hard to get a good night’s sleep even with the windows closed. It’s a shame, because the hotel’s location could make it a great option if they just addressed the maintenance issues and improved customer service.
