- • Initially, I booked a separate villa, but I was given a room in the Guest House because they had no more available rooms upon my arrival. The hotel staff was not even embarrassed that I had booked a room in a separate villa early in the morning. They even scolded me for arriving a little after midnight. I was shocked. I prefer to resolve issues peacefully and therefore calmly asked several times why I was given a room two classes lower for my price - why and on what basis? All I got in response was 'sorry'. So be prepared to get a room instead of a villa and for your overpayment - just a 'sorry'

- • Got bitten around 15 times since the huts are not fully enclosed and mosquitoes get in the room easily
