The reception personnel were professional and a great help. From checking in to moving us when there was a loud clanging noise in the room. We got delicious free coffee in the restaurant and the employees there were very helpful. It was an all around great experience. So close to everything.

Fav hotel would stay again for sure!
Wow this hotel is perfection. Really well done - lobby has tons of seating, bedding is so comfy, mini fridge always appreciated. Shower great and doesn’t get the whole bathroom wet. I really enjoyed the spa on the top floor. They even have bikes to use. Staff at front desk super nice. There was a bottle of bubbly in the room but didn’t know if it was a gift or for a charge, might be helpful to make that clear so we didn’t touch it. Even the towels were huge. Location is perfect we walked all over. I would stay here again for sure.

The structure is perfectly positioned, a stone's throw from the center and from Manufaktura. The hotel services are excellent and the staff always helpful and friendly. The only small flaw, if we want to find one, is the pillows: they are so soft that you sink a little into them.

Contrary to expectations, it was good.
Although it was not a tourist destination, the townscape was very nice. The hotel does not provide drinks in the room, but you can always drink coffee, tea, cocoa, etc. in the breakfast room and take it to your room. When I made a reservation with Hotels.com, they delivered champagne to the room. The breakfast was rich in variety and good in content, and I enjoyed it. It takes just over an hour to get here from Warsaw, so I think it's a good place to relax.

More than you can expect! It is an amazing hotel with nice service, lovely rooms, delicious breakfast and views including chilling in sauna. Top level for reasonable price!

Clean and quiet.
Wonderful hotel, quiet, clean and great location. Used the bus from the railway station, stopped right outside. Lovely breakfast, free bikes and friendly staff. Reasonable price too. Recommend PURO.
