- • A problem in several hotels/restaurants: many owners/restaurateurs have the opinion that the louder the music, the more enjoyable the guests find it. Here, the music is also too loud.
Good with some reservations
The bathroom was clean and smart, the shower was large and powerful. Room was quite spacious, being able to open the windows for air was unusual and very welcome air con also good. Food ordered in the evening was very good......real chips went down a treat! The view. Plenty of electric points and bedside table on both sides. Good shopping centre below.

- • There were no hand grips in the shower and the floor was slippy, could do with one of those gritty surfaces....dunno what they're called! Bed too soft for us and could've done with a king size but ok. Breakfast was very disappointing, not fresh juice, coffee was horrible, no hot chocolate, food was mediocre and very limited range of pastries - not good value for money at £11.99 per person especially when it was advertised as £10.49! Not well signposted and a bit difficult to find the way in.
Parking, shopping centre access through building, very good value for money. Clean, big enough room. Quite a nice view.
