- • The room had a horrible damp smell, I couldn't sleep, the floor was dirty, there was no water, and no disposable tissues. The check-in reception was very, very slow. The airport-hotel shuttle transportation was uncomfortable and unsafe.

- • On the day of my stay, the issue with vehicle parking was complicated. That would be the observation, but I must highlight that the staff was always trying to expedite the process.
