Not a five stars hotel
Only one young female staff from the restaurant was helpful and attentive. She was working in the restaurant and bar and also help moving luggage, almost everything was done by just her.

- • As a five stars hotel, not even offering water to guest daily, they charge every tiny thing, totally not customer oriented but to make the most money out of you. The charges were also not clearly stated before the use of parking lot/ other service/ item request/ room upgrade fee (thought it was one off fee, but it turned out to be daily) until i found out on the bill when i checked out.
Solid accommodation.
Elevator to the underground parking. Short distances. Very nice restaurant and pleasant atmosphere. Mostly friendly staff. Nice bathroom.

Hotel in a prime location with very comfortable beds and spacious rooms.
Hotel location, large rooms and bathrooms with shower, breakfast room was special, service staff at breakfast were friendly and attentive. The hotel was attentive and reacted to the birthday.

- • Reception staff was rather cold - lacking in warmth. Personally, I didn't like the carpeted floors everywhere (they look dirty), on Tuesday morning many foods did not look fresh (Bircher muesli), bread was not fresh. Cleaning should also be done under the tables. Regular checks should be made to ensure everything is in order (caretaker: shower head that sprays, elevator panel where screws are missing) Small details make a four-star hotel!

- • The air exhaust in our bathroom was broken and it never got fixed, the shower whenever used will leak and wet the entire bathroom.
