- • Terrible parking. No luggage service or helpfulness upon arrival. Did not feel welcomed.
Highly recommended
Spacious, comfortable, and modern room. Good bed, good shower, excellent rest. Amenities: bathrobes, slippers, hand and body cream, coffee, tea, and everything related to personal hygiene. Steps away from the train station and a few minutes walk from the center. Would return.

- • Closed SPA, insufficient breakfast, no buffet, had to order boiled eggs. We also stayed at another branch of the same hotel chain in Baden Baden, and there was a huge difference. It is expensive considering that it is suitable only for one or a few nights due to its proximity to the train station, but it urgently needs renovation.
