Stay Away!!!
Roaches in the room, food crumbs in the bed, panhandlers in the park. Terrible experience!!!

Beware. They have a 15min refund window. That’s because if it was any longer they wouldn’t make any money. Door lock was coming unscrewed from the walls, the cleaning lady almost ripped it out when she opened the door on me. The bed was hard as a rock to the extent I’m not sure it was actually a mattress. The floor was dirty and covered in paint stains. The walls, while freshly painted, also bore evidence of severe patchwork. Most of the rooms on the way to ours were under severe renovation. I would not stay here without an armed escort and biohazard suit (found 1 small brown bug on the sheets and didn’t risk using the shower). In under 1 hour I had a reservation for a new hotel. Couldn’t get a full refund. Pictures on website are entirely misleading. Save yourself the headache.

Ahoy mate
Our room was under about an inch and a half of water. Once we returned from our ball game at 11:30, I went to the front desk to inform them and the front desk attendant said. What do you expect me to do about it? Why are you just now coming to tell me about it? I informed him of our situation and he decided to send us to another room. We get to new room and it is exactly the same. We ended up staying at a different hotel because the lack of effort from the attendant. The bed covers were nasty. There were holes and mold all over the room. Highly disappointed but what do you expect?.

We tried calling 2 different phone numbers for this location and received no answer. When we arrived, a doorbell needed to be rung, and after several minutes, a clerk came to the window. No mic, so it was difficult to hear. Rudely stated an ID was needed when I gave my name. Said the lobby was locked and not available for us and our guests to sit and visit. The door to the vending machines was also locked. In the room, the floor was exceptionally slick/dirty. There was only one chair, so we were not comfortable visiting with our guests. Evidence of bug parts on the floor. The ice machine was only available on the 3rd floor. Repairs are needed on the doors. Painting had been sloppy, resulting in drips on the floor and other surfaces. The tub had been painted and was chipped. The day clerk wasn't rude, but seemed unwilling to be bothered by a request for coffee or reporting that the room's floor was slick and dirty.
