Amazing!
Everything from valet parking to checking in to all staff was just amazing! This was our second time staying and it was even better this time. We have nothing bad to say! It was an amazing place!

- • Appalling value for money. Old hotel, outdated sanitary facilities, very dirty room windows. Noisy (not the street but the partying guests). Room not cleaned at 4:15 pm on Sunday. A scandal.

Pathetic stay.
Found out the next day when we went to check out that you allowed pets! I never saw it on booking! Plus, we had dog hair over everything! It was horrible! As a transplant patient, I can't be around animals and to find out we probably slept in a room with a dog is PATHETIC! You should have a specific place for animals or not allow them, but no, we had to lay our head where a dog or cat probably put their ass! So I could have acquired an infection due to you having animals! Animals are exactly what they say they are ANIMALS! NOT HUMANS! They should not be allowed in a hotel!

- • Each day I was there I had to address unauthorized charges to my card. I've been home for 2 days and I'm still on the phone with them to get these fees (which they admitted was a system error) removed. There is a fee to charge drinks to the room. The pool heater was broken. Drinks and food are overpriced.
Excellent stay with a jazz club, cafe, restaurant, and safe underground parking
