Stayed for one night 15th august. Found all the staff really friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Our evening meal and breakfast were excellent. Room lovely and comfortable all in all a lovely stay.

Five Stars – Five stars…According to Two Very Discerning Young Hotel Critics!
Having read some recent reviews mentioning unpleasant staff and a small swimming pool, From the moment we arrived, we found the staff throughout the Holiday Inn Garforth to be friendly, helpful and genuinely lovely. More importantly, they treated the girls like family — which the girls very quickly interpreted as permission to treat the entire hotel as their own personal palace, complete with a wonderful team of servants available to cater to their every whim! The swimming pool was, apparently, magnificent. Far from being “small”, in their expert opinion it was more than big enough to spend as much time as humanly possible in it. Our room was spacious, comfortable, had everything we needed and, most importantly, was conveniently close to their beloved pool. Then there was the food. I had absolutely no say in where we ate for the duration of our stay because the girls point-blank refused to eat anywhere else. Pizza and Caesar salad became the nightly favourites and were enthusiastically reordered. What really made our stay, though, was the staff. Every member of the team we encountered was pleasant, welcoming and wonderful with the girls. They made them feel completely at home — perhaps slightly too at home, judging by how quickly they settled into their new lives as hotel royalty! A genuinely lovely, family-friendly stay. The girls would happily have moved in permanently, and I suspect they were rather disappointed when I informed them that the Holiday Inn Garforth was not, in fact, their new residence. Five stars from all of us — and an especially enthusiastic five stars from the two self-appointed princesses of the palace!

- • Smelt of damp. The room was smelly and not very well tidy and it was like a maze trying to find our room. Not happy with the prices either. The restaurant and bar were extremely expensive for what they had.
absolute bargain for what we paid. I have stayed in many hotels but this is the first with a pool and it was a hit for me and the kids. I like the fact it had a gym and wellness spa centre too. the kids loved every minute of swimming. room service was quick and efficient and not too pricey. the breakfast was really good,also alot of choice. the bed was great, so comfortable and warm. will deffinetley stay again
