Wonderful staff
The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I want to give Kristy a big shoutout who helped me get home in an emergency at 4 am. Thank you so much for your help, Kirsty. We are both fine now ❤️❤️❤️

- • Sofa bed was not made up upon arrival, for which we paid extra, but it was resolved quickly. Did not really enjoy breakfast, as the food was either cold or overcooked. Side dish missing from dinner.
Perfect stay in London and reasonably priced hotel

- • Nothing. Could argue that it's tired in places, but I think the price is fair for this
