Everything, the bed is comfortable, it is close to the train station, the bathroom is clean, the kitchen is perfectly equipped.

All in all, I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone.
The apartment is beautiful and very well designed. The location is excellent, only about 200 meters from the metro station, which made getting around super easy. Right across the street there’s a fast food place open late, and there’s also a market nearby, which was very convenient. Parking is available along the street and we never had trouble finding a spot. The underfloor heating is a really nice touch. Inside, you have everything you could possibly need, from coffee, bread, and jam for breakfast to all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The bed is extremely comfortable and the bathroom is great as well. Mario was an outstanding host, very kind and welcoming. He even helped me organize a birthday surprise for my girlfriend, which made our stay extra special.

The property is not worth its price.
It was very well equipped for its size, the owner was nice, close to the metro station.

- • Mold on the wall and humidity, smelled of chlorine and clothes (not only) soaked despite staying for only 2 nights, towels seemed unwashed due to their smell, very poor location in terms of food and any attractions in the area.

- • Worst stay in Europe! 2,012 euros for 3 nights (670 euros/night) — a dim, cramped ground-floor room that’s totally overpriced. The host first admitted the pricing mess, then backtracked claiming it was a "special event price." They frequently inflate prices 10x, causing chaos. Terrible experience!
