- • We are family of 5 (3 kids < age 13) so needed two rooms. We booked two same rooms and wanted on same floor. Reception staff not accommodating of this unless we paid extra, which we did but was a frustrating process.

- • We arrived 2 hours early from the check-in time. We wanted to check-in but they said we had to wait. I think it's not nice to make guests wait for 2 hours even if the room is available. Besides, the air conditioners in the room are very strong and blow directly towards the beds, which makes you sick.
