Enjoyable stay with excellent breakfast, courteous service, and elegant ambiance.
Breakfast was enjoyable and offered a good variety. However, the banquet area where it is served felt somewhat constrained, and the overall space and layout could be improved to enhance the dining experience—especially considering the standards expected from a five-star property.

Having stayed at numerous places across Kolkata, I’ve finally discovered a property that fully meets my expectations while delivering outstanding value for money. I’ll definitely be staying here every time I visit Kolkata in the future.

It was pleasant but not exceptional as was expected with this budget.

- • The Area. The Cleanliness, the staff who cleans the room is not thorough in his work. Some of the areas are left unnoticed. The pool is very small, sometimes we were provided with the pool towels in our room. They do not refill when tea or coffee is not there. We had to call the reception to send us some.
Very fulfilling
Beautiful rooms, very spacious, a lot of thought put behind every thing done in the room and the hotel, very good spread of the breakfast..my favorite luchi and allo ki Sabzi.
