Accra Luxury Apartments at The Gardens

The apart hotel representative was not reachable for check in when I arrived at the property. She eventually arrived 15 minutes later. Despite the substandard service, the representative still asked to be given a high customer satisfaction rating. The property is in a great location, with a very pleasant swimming pool, and serene gardens. In-room amenities such as shower gel were not replaced by housekeeping service. There is ongoing construction outside the property, and with noise, the property is unsuitable for virtual meetings.

Betty was definitely a great host. I wish I could request her assistance anytime I stay at that location.

Great apartment with all the needed amenities. I traveled with the family, and it could not be a more convenient place. The host and the staff were very kind and accommodating. Will definitely be back.

I recently stayed at Embassy Gardens by Cantonments in Accra, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The place is very spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, offering a relaxing atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The environment is quiet, peaceful, and very safe, perfect for anyone looking to unwind or enjoy a calm getaway in the city. The facilities are well-kept, and the overall ambiance is elegant and modern. The only downside was that check-in took quite a while — we had to wait longer than expected before being taken to our room. However, once settled in, everything else about the stay was excellent. I’d definitely recommend Embassy Gardens to anyone visiting Accra who values comfort, security, and a serene environment.

Ok for the price, would not stay again.

There is good value for money here; however, we would not stay again. When we arrived, we let the airport transfer person know we were there. They arrived while we were still waiting for bags. Then they left because they said people were waiting at the apartments for them. This meant we were stood outside the airport waiting for them for 40 minutes. They messaged and asked us to move to departures to make it easier for them to collect us, so off we went to departures with our bags. We arrived at the apartments and were told to wait for our host. The host checked us into the room and gave us some information; however, they did not tell us where the free breakfast was that was listed in the booking. The bed was comfortable; however, the bedding had stains on it. They were not fresh stains, and you could see they had been washed, but still, it’s not nice to have stained bedding. Some of the apartment was a bit dated in areas. We asked for a transfer back to the airport the next day as we were traveling on to another country, but the transfer was not available, so we got a taxi. We were going back to Ghana in two weeks and had this place booked again, but we canceled it and booked a hotel instead.
