- • The parking lot in front... and also there's no one to accompany you or anything, it's just abandoned there

- • The price is high since in the end they tell me breakfast is not included and I have to pay an additional 125 dollars but if I had booked directly at the hotel, it would have been quoted less, including everything, bad customer service and I must book

- • The cafeteria, the lady's service is very poor, I asked for a pistachio dessert and she tells me it costs 5 dollars, I think if the customer asks for something it's because obviously they can pay for it, anyway there are always better ways to say things.
