Average & pleasant as it was my birthday but not worth the hotel room price unfortunately
Food very nice we ate in restaurant. Breakfast v nice too. Very friendly & helpful staff. Grest location.

- • We think the room needs upgrading a bit. Seemed musty especially the chairs & curtains discoloured kind of shabby. Definitely not worth what we paid. Also the toilet was dripping all night & the toilet door handle broke off! Which we reported. We were not asked how our stay was when checking out. We had an incident at dinner whereby both myself & my sister received burns on our hands when handling a spoon in the mashed potato pot. We were given ice which helped. We were offered free drinks & dessert which was good. The staff handled very professionally to be fair.

One word “Outstanding”- the rooms, food, drinks and especially the people. Great job building a culture where your employees excel, The front house staff, bellmen, cleaning team, bartenders, waitresses and waiters , all seemed to enjoy their jobs and created a very welcoming atmosphere!

Nicest hotel we have ever stayed in!
The nicest hotel we have ever stayed in. So comfortable & luxurious. Staff were absolutely amazing. I can’t actually find 1 fault with this hotel, not even a small issue. Just amazing. We stayed there over Easter weekend & we arrived back to our room that night to find a beautiful Irish handcrafted Easter egg & a hand-written Easter card. Wow
