The hotel's location is simply unbeatable - right next to Hyde Park, which means we could enjoy a morning walk in nature and just a few minutes' walk in the evening to London's most famous attractions. The staff was extremely helpful and professional from the very beginning. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were varied and tasty, with a wide range of fresh products. The cleanliness and maintenance of the entire hotel are at a high level. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a combination of luxury, excellent location, and outstanding service
