A very Special Experience!
This Hotel is always a 5 star experience. The Associates are the best, they made this an exceptional stay for us. The rooms are Elegant and well appointed and quiet. The location is ideal, especially if this is your first visit to London.The Restaurant and Bar and Tearoom I would visit even if I was not staying here. Our Welcome and Valentine’s Day was made very special by Anna, Becky and the team.The personal attention to making our stay special was most appreciated. We can’t wait to return.

Fantastic venue and grand ballroom
I visited here in April for a St George’s day club meal. The hotel and ballroom itself were amazing, grand chandeliers and everything was spotless. The meal was great and the staff were excellent, always on hand with a friendly smile. The day itself was great and we had an excellent time.

Location is good but the hotel is expensive the room wasn’t very comfortable because of food smelling
