Exceptional!
We have visited Leeds many times, but this was our first stay at the Queens Hotel, and we were absolutely blown away. We were upgraded on arrival, which was a lovely surprise, especially as we were celebrating our daughter’s birthday. The staff were organised, polite, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Even before we arrived, Paige resolved a booking mistake with ease, and it was lovely to thank her in person at the end of our visit. We will definitely be staying here again.

The location is excellent for shopping and leisure. We stayed in one of the accessible rooms and this was set out perfectly.
