- • When my wife checked in she was told there was No need to reserve The side Car bar and it was booked out when we tried twice during our night.

- • The room was small, bathroom very small, dust on shelves, we complained on arrival that we thought we should breakfast, they said only if you booked direct, we ask if they could speak to the manager & we heard nothing all stay, very disappointing.

- • We had a problem with the room. Returning at 1 pm it had not been cleaned. We complained to the reception who assured us they would send the cleaning staff to redo it. Nothing was done, at 3 pm we returned and the room had still not been cleaned. We complained again and all we got in response were repeated apologies. We would have liked them to offer us at least a coffee at the bar...
