Excellent location; an oasis of calm in a very busy city. It had a homely feel

- • It was expensive, although not excessive. Bed could be considered too high for some people and climb in shower made it unsuitable for some people

- • Room 225 should not be offered as a bedroom as it adjoins the linen cupboard which is constantly in use by staff, constantly opening and closing from 6.00 am - very noisy doors opening and closing, squeaking floorboards

Really nice room, comfy bed. Pillows could be a little softer and fluffier but they were not bad. Breakfast was amazing, lots of choice and good quality food. Fantastic location for getting around London. Parking at a reasonable price for London. Staff amazing, so kind, friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable, could not ask for better staff.
