It was a nice stay, the AC was not functioning but Sharyfa & Vishnu supported me to put me in another room with sea view and better AC condition.

Very poor welcome at check-in
Won't be returning here after the very sour welcome from the check-in agent Imane. Had no interest in helping with any of our requirements. Needs customer service training and to learn how to smile.
