It was nice stay, the AC was not functioning but Sharyfa & Vishnu supported me to put me in another room with sea view and better AC condition

Very poor welcome at check-in
Wont be returning here after the very sour welcome from the check in agent Imane. Had no interest in helping with any of our requirements. Needs customer service training and to learn how to smile.
