- • Noisy air conditioning. Ventilation in the bathroom could not be turned off and ran all day and night. Even with the door closed, it was audible and annoying. Street noise could also be heard up to the 44th floor. 🙄

- • Hotel does not want to adhere to booking agreements - included services such as breakfast were not accepted even with presentation of booking confirmation/evidence from booking.com; Reception staff is arrogant, condescending, and annoyed because an academic title was included in the last name; Refused late checkout even for a fee: also unwilling to offer early check-in; Breakfast price of 75 USD per person per day, even for children, is outrageous, especially considering the extremely limited offering or variety; even cheaper hotels like TheCloud One provide better service and customer service/friendliness; booking.com should block this hotel from the portal if agreements on-site are not valid; Hotel is showing its age; Air conditioning/heating loud in operation, windows leaky; Soft mattresses; no coffee/tea making facilities in the room, kettle provided upon repeated request; Room had a locked connecting door, which was not mentioned in any description
