- • Fridge and hairdryer out of order. Breakfast should be included as there are few shops nearby.

- • I arrived at the hotel and couldn't enter. There was a sign saying that a transfer had to be made to receive the access code and I did it. I didn't receive a response until 2 days later, so I couldn't enter and had to find another hotel. Now they don't want to refund me, they want to give me a voucher to go to one of their hotels another day. A SCAM.

- • Arriving after 8 pm was very difficult. Did not receive a code for the safe. Thanks to another couple who also had a lot of trouble, we managed to get in. No hot water in the bathroom.
