The best water ever - Hatem, you rock!!!
It is a fantastic hotel located right in the middle, by the river Spree. Great facilities (pool/SPA, parking, bar, breakfast). Stayed there a handfull of times now and everytime their water Hatem does the most outstanding service I have ever experienced (80-100 hotel stays a year the last 15 years!). I almost never do reviews. But this time I really need to recognize this particular fantastic person/employee!!!

- • The hotel entrance door broke as soon as we arrived, we got stuck in the revolving door for 5 minutes. The children were very scared. The cleanliness was not bad, but the tables in the rooms were dusty.

It was an excellent choice to stay in Berlin and we would definitely come back.
Excellent stay in Berlin. The hotel really delivers a five-star experience. From check-in to check-out, we were very well taken care of by the reception, with a friendly and efficient staff (special mention to Rafael). The room was excellent, new, good size, extremely clean and with all necessary amenities. It had a beautiful view of the river, which made the experience even more special. The hotel has a very pleasant, modern, and comfortable atmosphere, as well as a restaurant and bar on-site. The panoramic elevator adds a special touch to the hotel's ambiance. Breakfast was a highlight of the stay. Pleasant atmosphere, great service, excellent variety, and very tasty dishes. The Eggs Benedict from the menu were exceptional. The location is also excellent: central, convenient for exploring Berlin, and with several bars and restaurants right on the ground floor and around the hotel.

- • The only point I would suggest improvement is the nighttime service at the hotel bar. We sat at the table and were not served. There was only one waiter serving the tables, and I believe it was insufficient for the number of people at the tables. Still, this did not compromise the overall experience at all.

- • Ubiquitous dirt: - the plate from the welcome chocolate was in the room for 3 days (7-day stay) - the room was not cleaned, the floor was dirty - towels with holes - soap was only replenished after calling the staff - I had to bring toilet paper to the room myself - no one takes care of the spa area - dirty towels on the floor, fruit peels on the sports equipment - spa treatments take place on the 6th floor, in a closed room. Lack of security, you are absolutely alone with the masseur (the wellness area is on -1) Be careful with the lockers in the spa - they have dead batteries in the locks, I had to wait for security to retrieve my belongings
