In addition, the complimentary shuttle bus service provided by the hotel was extremely convenient and made getting around much easier. Both of these amenities added real value to the stay and stood out as highlights.

- • The lobby is impressively large, but the overall display feels more like the entrance to a casino than a welcoming hotel. It lacks the warmth and intimacy you’d expect from a truly homely luxury property. Instead, the atmosphere is closer to what you’d find in a big chain hotel, with standards that resemble a Hilton rather than the refined elegance traditionally associated with a Waldorf Astoria.
