SPECTACULAR!
The location is superb and so closed to the Vatican! The huge park is superb with lots of variety of trees and sculptures. The lobby is gorgeous with lots of Arts. The service by Hermano was very professional and so friendly! He is definitely a great asset for your company! He makes sure our stay was memorable for our anniversary on Saturday for Valentine day. Thank you so much Hermano for the wonderful imperial suite on the highest floor with access to the Lounge and the lovely bottle of Chamoagne. What a nice touch! The suite was outstanding and the marble bathroom too with lovely Aqua Parma amenities! The lounge is a Gem because of the Top Notch service by Daniela, Emmanuela and Serena. The food was so fresh and tasty and we were also so impress by the breathtaking view of the charming city of Rome from the Lounge! The gym and the swimming pool inside is a must! Extraordinary equipment at the gym and gorgeous swimming pool inside of the Hotel. A memorable stay for our week end in Rome! We will definitely come back!

Waldorf Hilton Cavalieri Rome - disappointing
Very disappointing…checked in today as a Diamond member for a 3 night stay. No room upgrade available (other than 2 x single/ French ‘Queen’ beds room option), and no complimentary breakfast as did not book direct (advised if you book with your flights or travel agent then they do not honour benefits). More disappointing though is the dated rooms, stains on sofa, tired furniture, smell on 4th floor, and terrible view from balcony of radio/mobile phone mast (see photos) and noise of car alarms. Also they started programme of renovations last month which may explain why rooms are limited and alternatives not available. Do NOT recommend. Very dissatisfied guests generally and as diamond members not treated well. Asked for room change, same category of room but they could not offer. They offered higher category but with a charge. Location wise it is out of the city and quite a distance from main attractions, The hotel does offer a complimentary shuttle into town but this is limited with long gap during the day with no service and last shuttle back at 630pm. Will think again before booking Hilton for sure as they do not value Diamond members.

- • O atendimento do check-in/check-out na recepção continua a ser pouco simpático, como das outras vezes. Quando percebem que somos brasileiros ou sul-americanos, não são gentis como o são com as outras nacionalidades. Mas o restante do staff compensa nosso retorno.
Люблю этот отель как и люблю Рим!!! в этом отеле 4 раза и будем возвращаться еще! Очень красиво, всегда великолепная еда и вид на Рим! Внимательный персонал, все на высоком уровне. Спасибо всем!
