A Truly Exceptional Dining Experience Thanks to Push
We had such a wonderful experience at Opus Bar & Grill, and a huge part of it was thanks to Push and his exceptional service. From the moment we met him, Push was incredibly friendly, warm and enthusiastic. He took the time to explain the weekday buffet promotion to us and, noticing that we had two little babies with us, immediately took the initiative to push two tables together so we could have a more spacious and comfortable table. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and something he really didn’t have to do. What impressed us even more was how he went above and beyond throughout our meal. He served us with a genuine smile, was always happy to help, and even shared many useful tips and advice with my husband and me as first-time parents. It really felt like advice from one parent to another, rather than just a staff member doing his job. His warmth and sincerity made us feel so comfortable and well taken care of. As parents of newborn twins, it’s honestly quite rare for us to have the opportunity to sit down and properly enjoy a meal together. Push made our lunch so much more enjoyable and relaxing, and his excellent service genuinely made a difference to our experience. Thank you so much, Push, for your kindness, thoughtfulness and wonderful hospitality. You are a real asset to Opus Bar & Grill, and we hope to see you again on our next visit! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Repeat visits over the years - Suite with sofa bed
Amazing, as always. Check in was a breeze, though I suggest Mr Jayden to smile more. Housekeeping was speedy. Served by Ms Battuma. Friendly and her service was beyond my expectations. Such a gem. Elaine surprised me when she gave me a late check out at 2pm, although I was hopping a 1pm would be fantastic. Such a breeze to chat about my requests via WA. Request for amenities was also hassle free using their platform which I need to scan from the working table. Will definitely return.🥰

- • Ceiling lights are prone to short circuiting. Called the operator several times at night but no one answered. Went to the lobby, where four staff members were idle and I don't know why no one answered the phone. After the power was fixed, it broke again all of a sudden. It's really bad

Love the lo mai Kai and desserts. More options for meats needed though or more unique dishes.

Best stay in Singapore
This hotel was very good. The service was good and the staff were really nice. The rooms were very comfy and spacious. The location was excellent as we were able to go to ION Wheelock Place and Ngee Ann City easily. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a good stay in Orchard Road Singapore.
