We really enjoyed our stay at Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai. The resort itself is gorgeous. The gardens, the big trees, the rice fields, and the mountain views are just stunning. The pool area is beautiful too. The food was excellent — especially the breakfast. The buffet selection was really impressive and everything tasted fantastic. We thought the food was top class. The service was very good and all the staff were super friendly. We also loved the WhatsApp service — they replied really fast and made everything easy. The only thing is that the prices feel quite high compared to other luxury hotels in Asia, and some small things like sparkling water at breakfast are charged extra. If you are sensitive to noise, we would recommend taking a Pool Villa instead of a Pavilion, as you can hear the guests walking above you. The Pavilions need a refurbishment imo. Overall we had a very nice stay and would definitely recommend the resort.

One of the best places I have ever stayed in Asia!

Everything was perfect for this stay. Everything from the first greeting on arrival to our departure I had absolutely nothing to complain about. The breakfast was incredible -- with the warm items changing every morning. All the staff are incredible... everyone from pool and gym staff up to management were extremely helpful. They helped us arrange transportation; signed us up for fun activities on-site; and did everything to ensure a perfect stay. It took a little flexibility to arrange dinner off the menu our last night due to a special event happening in the Khao restaurant -- but the food was fantastic. Some of the best we've had on the entire trip. We would definitely love to visit this property again in the future!

The nicest Four Seasons resort I have ever been to. Absolutely stunning and well done

We spent four nights here before moving into the old city of Chiangmai and I was honestly sad to leave. From the moment the car left us in the lobby the staff made us feel so loved and welcome. Check in was very smooth and some nice tea was given to us as well as a flower necklace. The sweet lady at check in and a driver took us to our room in a golf cart. The room was spacious and well equipped. Extra large bathtub and great shower. Amenities include a fridge, nice sized tv, ample furniture and a great outside area complete with a swinging sofa. Coffee machine and tea are provided along with lots of bottled water. Also there’s a safe and ironing board and a nice bowl of welcome fruit. Housekeeping was superb as well as turn down service. We ate breakfast twice and the selection was varied and tasty. Breakfast was very satisfying and the service excellent. We walked around the resort several times. The layout is beautiful was landscaping that includes rice patties and lots of trees and flowers and includes ducks and a water buffalo. We also used the pool and jacuzzi and again top notch service from the staff. Everything was kept extremely clean. The location is close to attractions like Tiger kingdom and elephant camps. There is a restaurant close to the back gate and a 7/11 about a 15 minute walk away. Overall this Four Seasons resort was the best choice for this vacation. Thank you Four Seasons Chiangmai staff for a memorable experience.
