Excellent cost-benefit
Very good location, next to Wal Mart supermarket (but could have a passage to bring the hotel closer to the supermarket without having to go around the block). Close to several snack bars, restaurants, and gift shops. The shuttle to the parks works, but must be reserved a day in advance (I recommend booking early in the morning, as seats on the bus fill up). Liked having a microwave, coffee maker, and minibar in the room - they made our lives much easier. Also, having an extra sink with hot water outside the bathroom was a plus.

- • I stayed with my two children, there were two double beds. I would have preferred three single beds, but that option was not available. The receptionist was not friendly at all and even though she noticed we were foreigners, she didn't make an effort to help us understand English better.

- • Almost no one speaks Spanish. I had an issue with the food and no one ever solved anything. Neither the hotel nor Booking.
Everything is fine, the place is close to the parks, if that's the reason you're going, it's a good location
