well if you want something cheap near the airport.
It was close to the airport and the man working there was very nice and helpful, the bed was also very comfortable.

- • It was very old and not like the photos. also very dark and the shower has no separation to avoid getting wet.

Arrived at 1am with 2 small kids and told there are no rooms despite our confirmed booking

- • We are a family of 4 with 2 small kids. Spent 6 hours driving from Sapa after getting stranded there with the typhoon. Booked this hotel because of its close proximity to the airport. Notified the hotel we will be arriving late at 1am and received confirmation that they will be waiting for us. Arrived at 1am and was told that despite our confirmed booking, they had no rooms available. Heavy rains outside in a relatively deserted part of Hanoi. Had to sleep in their lobby on the chairs until a room became available at 5am. Really unsatisfactory and especially difficult with 2 small overtired kids. Still not sure how Booking.com and the hotel can confirm a booking when there are no rooms available. Not happy at all.
